Tending to her responsibilities as a pet owner, Brooke Hogan was spotted walking her dog out in Miami, Florida yesterday (August 27). The “Brooke Knows Best” babe was joined by her boyfriend $tacks as she strolled past paparazzi, sporting a tight blue top with white shorts and white flip flops.
