Carl: “how are you? What you up to?”
Me: “been writing my blog the whole day;) wait, I have to add that you just sent me a txt!;)
How are you?”
C: “all good. I had a meeting regarding the new job. It went well… I hope so anyway. I’m planning a quiet evening. You got any plans?”
Me: “planning to watch a move with my girl and hr bf. Will they pay you well at the new job? If you get it, I’m expecting golden jewelry as a presents everyday!;)”
C: “?”

Isn’t he getting it it’s just a joke?

Me: “just joking! Haven’t you noticed that only 50% of what I say should be taken seriously!?:)”
C: “yes I know!”

Idiot.

Me: “so you are not really taking me seriously?!;) I’m angry with you now! You will have to make it up to me somehow! And no, spaghetti from a can wont be good enough!;)”
C: “speaking of which, last night I went shopping and bought few cans thinking about you…”
Me: “oh really? I’m touched! Maybe I can make one exception for you.”
Carl: “I swear, I saw it and thought I hale to buy it.”
Me: “we will have to have a romantic dinner sometime then with spaghetti from a can. I could bring some Czech ford with me.”
C: “like sauerkraut?”
Me; “yes that will be our desert.”
C: “I had something different on my mind…”
Me: “like baked beans on toast?”
C: “only if you’re the toast…”

hmm I didn’t expect that… ok, lets’ see where it takes us…
Me: “so you are baked bean… how am I supposed to understand that… I haven’t heard of that dish. You will have to demonstrate;)”
C: “I’m imaging it right now…”
Me: “imagining will not help.”
C: “I think imagining is all I can get now!”
Me: “maybe eat some baked beans on toast. It should bring some temporary relief and some side effects too!;)”
C: “thank you doctor. Are you also doing home visit?”
Me: “sometimes. Depending on how serious the case is…”
